EDM challenge #71 Draw a sport and memory book painting

Some winters, we did a child swap with our down-the-street cousins - I went skiing with them and their littlest stayed with us. I loved to ski but by the end of each morning class my feet were sooooooooooooo cold.

EDM challenge #69 Draw a favourite beverage and memory book painting

.... we had lunch in the Combi-van - hot tomato soup - and watched the droplets race down the steamed-up windows. Then, out into the cold again for a free session, all of us together.

Alison! Your memory sketches are charming the heart of me! Your w/c are wonderful. The frozen toes sketch is a total delight and the creativity you're showing in developing your models is really rich. Good for you!

Alison, you should be doing children's book illustration. Your style is so well established. The ice-block feet made me laugh.

You have a nice way of capturing your memories. I was impressed to read about your technique for setting up your props over at EDM.

Those ice block feet are a hoot!! and one I can relate to....ice skating as a kid--my feet always felt like that!

I envy the memory sketches. I would like to try BUT YOUR style is what gives the good feeling to them, style and humor.
NICE.
